- Support the marketing department with marketing initiatives
- Assist with sales presentations, sales proposals and other marketing/sales-related tasks
- Prepare materials for client meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Assist with tradeshow-related tasks
- All other duties as assigned
- You will also be involved with customer quotes and follow ups
- This experience will lead to more duties and project involving Digital
-Web design experience a plus. Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
MUST BE A MULTI TASKER
- Intermediate Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software knowledge with advanced skill set capacity is required. Candidates should be proficient plus in InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator software without exception.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite software knowledge, including but not limited to,
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Candidate should have a graphic / design background in some capacity
- Previous experience in office management and coordination a plus
- Capability of answering a multi-line phone system.
- Administrative Tasks
- Travel arrangements and coordination experience required
