- Responds to customer questions via email regarding company benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
- Provides external and internal customers with requested information.
- Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
- Must have basic computer and keyboarding skills.

Salary: $15 to $20 per hour.
