CanadaDirect is currently looking for a Digital Media and Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Online Marketing Manager, the employee will efficiently assist and support the execution of marketing and communication campaigns. This position is ideal for people who like to closely monitor and implement projects.

Main Responsibilities:

- Efficiently coordinate communications with the internal departments to ensure the delivery of all the project components
- Coordinates services by external suppliers, including web developers; creative agencies/departments; SEO agencies; and others
- Provides support on all web and digital projects, including concepts, landing page generation and keyword development
- Copywriting, editing and proofreading of marketing material as required
- Monitor analytics and audience trending
- Measurement of online goals and metrics, determined in planning stages of initiatives, followed by detailed monitoring and communication of program results
- Create performance reports for online campaigns and digital activities for the sales and marketing team
- Assist the Account Managers in improving the level of efficiency in the execution of activities
- Research competitive market
- Work with writers and graphic designers to select pictures, graphics, articles, blogs and other written and visual communications to support online initiatives to create an engaging web environment
- Assist with marketing division administrative tasks when required


- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism (English and French) written and spoken– 80% of daily communication in English;
- Autonomous, creative and team player
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and multi-task
- Positive attitude, dynamic & proactive, able to work with time constraints and under pressure;
- Committed to delivering best practices in professional services
- Detail oriented, thorough and accurate;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge an asset
- Ability to read and understand Google Analytics reports a plus
- Basic SEO knowledge
