CanCulture Magazine –a national student-run website based in Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa – is looking for new writers, photographers, and podcasters to contribute from across Canada.
We’re also looking for someone who is willing to help out with the marketing and PR aspect of the publication.
No experience is required, but we’re looking for journalists with a passion for Canadian culture, a will to spread it around, and a little bit of zest.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in the field, especially when it comes to covering music festivals and other cultural events across Canada.
Positions with CanCulture are volunteer-based, as CanCulture is a student-run, non-profit publication. We’re always happy to answer questions and partner with any other Canadian media initiatives.
For any inquiries, please contact CanCulture’s managing editor Viviane Fairbank. Contact information can be found on the CanCulture website: http://www.canculture.com.
All applications require a cover letter and a resume stating what position the applicant would like to take on with CanCulture and why they would make a good addition to the team.
