We are growing!
As Production Manager you are accountable for the planning, direction and execution of manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain functions as well as overall product quality. You are integral to driving the success of the company by developing production capacity to match sales growth.
Reporting to the Vice-President Operations you are responsible for effective resource utilization, managing a system of integrated supply chain processes, overseeing procurement, inventory and scheduling functions, monitoring process controls, and forecasting production requirements. Manufacturing quality products, on-time delivery, and a safe workplace are among your top priorities.
You are a visionary and true leader, contributing to the development of corporate strategy, passionate about our desire to succeed, and providing influential leadership. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to deliver clear, concise, and timely information regarding manufacturing and production issues to affected groups and department leaders. Among your team, you build capacity through mentoring and coaching with succession in mind.
Your knowledge and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and material requirements planning (MRP) provide the foundation for your success. Interpersonal effectiveness is as important as your strong client focus and your commitment to helping Campbell Scientific make the best measurement possible.
