Camp Jubilee is looking for a Head Chef / Food Service Coordinator. This person would be responsible for the operation of a kitchen providing 3 meals/day and snacks to a children’s camp of 150 people.
This is a 5 day/week 40 hour position. Room and board is provided on days worked. Would involve cooking, supervising staff, hiring staff, food ordering, managing a budget, administrative duties.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years experience in food service
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory / management role
Red Seal Certification (or able to acquire)
Food Safe 2
Formal Culinary Training (Preferred)
Experience in a similar environment
Standard 1st Aid
Compensation: $18/hr, 40hr/week, $800 Annual Performance Bonus, Health Care Allowance
