Flowback – September 19, 2012
They will tell you you get salary and hourly but what they don't tell you is the salary is only if your not working in the field. You must work atleast 40hrs before you get any hourly pay. They have the good ole boy problem also. If you hangout and drink with them then your in the click. I have worked here for about 1 yr and I have found that they hire even if they don't have the work and it is usually their buddies from the bar they are hiring . Very little experienced hands because of this. They try to run flowback the same as wellhead and it cant be done to many diff schedules and procedures.I have had 2 diff regional Mgrs and on my 3rd flowback Mgr because they have seen the writing on the wall and Cameron isnt liked by most companies . They dont have flowback sales people either. They use wellhead sales people who dont have a clue about well testing Prepare to be the subject of gossip and favoritism!!!!!!!!! Stay away from Cameron in Pa. Most wellhead and office people are jealous of well testing and how we get paid and so now they have changed rules at our shop to make sure flowback doesnt get the benefits the hands agreed to when accepting our job offer letters!
