We are currently hiring a full time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our dynamic team in South East Calgary. The applicant must be a team player, possess a positive attitude, be diligent and detail oriented. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prompt and courteous answering and directing of incoming calls
  • Schedule and prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments while ensuring waybills are completed correctly
  • Distribute incoming mail and faxes
  • Schedule office equipment maintenance and service
  • Support managers and staff with administrative needs

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Two or more years in an administrative role
  • Demonstrate professionalism
  • Advanced Word skills, Intermediate Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Strong editing and proofreading abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage a challenging workload
  • Ability to provide assistance to Management in various duties including document creation and formatting, record keeping, spreadsheet creation and some accounting related tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment with or without supervision
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Willing to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
