Searching for Talent and Organizational Performance Consultants/Executives to work on a permanent status, for a global IT systems integrator/consulting company. This successful candidates will be provide talent and organizational development consulting services to various major clients, key players in the Canadian market landscape. The roles will either be based in Toronto or Calgary.
The key experience and competencies required among others are: Track record of delivering at ‘C’ level, major business change programmes, including Executive Alignment and deep knowledge of one or more Change Management approaches with the ability to flex within that approach dependent upon client and project need
