- Provide first level software and hardware support
- Move, add, and change hardware and configuration
- Software loading and upgrade (nodal, sub-system and system level)
- Hardware installation and decommissioning
- Cable installation and decommissioning
- Scanning hardware to update database
- Utilize VSE, DMS, Basic IP, and Routing knowledge to troubleshoot systems
Worked with a great team of people, very supportive crew. Working overnights for a long period of time was hard to get accustomed to, however I learned new skills and met great people while I was there.
