I truly did not like doing outbound calls. It was not "if you have time" situation. It was "you have no choice" but to do this. This little tidbit of information was not revealed until the application, the interview and the training were all over! It was announced on the third day of "being on the floor".
The benefits were good, the salary was as well. The schedule for training was awesome. The schedule for C.S.R.'s after training didn't make any sense. You would be working until 9pm for 2 days and then start at 7am for 2 more and maybe have a start time of 9am for a day. Your schedule wasn't posted until last minute, slightly confusing and apprehending.
