We are a busy midwifery clinic looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to share their skills and ability with our wonderful families and support our busy midwives. Knowledge of MS Office and MOA training a must.
General duties include: greeting clients, management of client database, organizing the clinic, ordering office supplies, requesting medical results, writing letters, responding to emails, client intake and answering the telephone.
Clinic hours are Monday to Friday,with varying hours, totaling 40 hours a week.
Our receptionists are a crucial aspect of our practice and are respected, appreciated and treated as a member of the team.
