Great people to work for; lots of positive feedback from supervisors.
Pros: Great clients and great supervisors.
Cons: Irregular number of hours depending on how many clients you had at any one time.
If you like working with people in general, and individuals who are elderly, and / or physically / mentally / emotionally disabled, then this is the type of work you should investigate.
The supervisors are fantastic in that they make a point of providing positive feedback, which encourages you to continue doing good work. By the mere nature of the work, wherein you are working in people's homes, once you demonstrate an ability and affinity for this type of work, you rarely ever see a supervisor.
I loved this type of work, and particularly for this organization.
