Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Unique and Multi-faceted Role
This is a key position supporting the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors in the day-to-day fulfillment of the full scope of their responsibilities. This position works cooperatively with all CCC staff/ stakeholders and demonstrates excellent customer service principles with a high level of professionalism at all times. This senior level administrative position practices sound business ethics, maintains confidentiality, responsible for some Human Resource processes and for ensuring the effective and efficient day to day operation while maintaining a professional, warm and service-orientated atmosphere.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
 Ability to analyze, develop, establish and maintain efficient administrative processes
 Possesses excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
 Possesses exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills to effectively manage high volume of tasks and be able to work within tight deadlines
 Confident, detail orientated and have ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
 Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures and ability to recommend solutions, organize and analyze information
 Manages staff employment contracts and files with skill and discretion
 Flexibility, a positive personality and a willingness to help is critically important
 Senior level administrative skills, including taking minutes
 Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Calendar; demonstrates the ability to learn and teach others on other software as appropriate

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
 Able to pass Police and Child Welfare checks
 Minimum 5 years senior level administrative experience
 Strong command of English language, both verbally and written
 Post-secondary administrative training and diploma or experienced equivalent
