Responsible for sourcing and qualifying potential candidates to meet clients' hiring requirement and time line.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates;
- Establish long-term relationships with candidates;
- Create detailed job descriptions;
- Come up with effective sourcing strategy according to job requirements;
- Review applicants to ensure position requirements are met;
- Assist in formatting resumes to meet clients’ expectation;
- Follow up with candidates;
- Complete research on market information and new technologies for related positions.
Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years working experience in recruitment agency or corporate recruitment function;
- Ability to source and qualify candidates;
- Ability to build strong relationships;
- Good time management and results driven;
- Self-confidence and self starter;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude.
