Job Title: Office Clerk / Administration

Location: Brampton, ON

Salary Range: $33,000-$38,000

Job description:

1. Handle Sales Returns

1) Check sales return request from CSR/Sales rep, find out the root cause of return
2) Issue sales returns order under the SAP system
3) Issue sales returns delivery order under the SAP system
4) Verify received QTY /price/item and decide which location to put them back
5) Apply for return credit approval
6) Received Inventory back to system and Post credit back to customer account
7) Prepare sales return report

2. Handle Customer Claims

1) Fill out claim form and send out sample to each mill
2) Contact with each mill for claim update
3) Negotiate with mill and sales rep/customer if the claim get refused or the approval amount is different than the amount customer ask for
4) Issue claim credit request under the SAP system and get approval
5) send back debit note and signed approval letter to the mill
6) Issued claim credit back to customer account under SAP

3. Handle Other Credit Request

1) Receive credit request from the customer and sales rep for short shipment, damaged stock, waiting time and so on
2) Investigate each case and prepare for the credit note request
3) Apply for credit approval
4) Issue credit note to the customer
5) Issue debit note to charge supplier is necessary

4. Prepare Sales Sample Request

1) receive sample request from the sales rep and customer
2) prepare sample package and arrange delivery/PU to the customer /sales rep
3) order sample book or sample package from the mill
4) Issue sample order to replace stock for the sample room

Qualification & skills:

1. bachelor degree in accounting or business
2. strong organization skill & problem solving skill
3. Ability of priority tasks and meet dead time
4. Intermediate level of excel/word
5. Working experience in SAP
6. Knowledge of AR credit & inventory
7. Working overtime may required
