Café/Restaurant is actively adding to our Management Team and is looking for Kitchen Managers and Breakfast all-stars with experience in the Breakfast and Lunch field. This role is a hands on position with support in the areas of ordering, inventory and administrative duties by the GM.
This is a full time position and must be willing to work weekends.
A fun personality is a must!
Primary Duties Include:
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Provide orientation of company and department rules, policies and procedures and oversee training of new kitchen employees.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Food Safe Practices.
Compensation 32k plus bonus
