Reporting to the Department Manager, Fulfillment, the Overnight Back Room Outfitter will work within a team to create a world class shopping experience for our customers through exceptional back room support by replenishing and ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
The hours of work for the Overnight Back Room Outfitter is from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
-Accurately stock new merchandise to the sales floor in the proper home locations following replenishment procedures
-Determine merchandise to be back-stocked and works with leads to determine location
-Ensure all restocked areas are free of debris before store opening
-Locate items for customer needs, including hold items, and deliver them to the departments or registers
-Receive restock orders from departments and pull the merchandise, deliver and stock to the proper area
-Receive items returned from departments, scan and return to proper locations
-Accurately prices product
-Operate a scissor lift, pallet jack, shrink wrapper, hand lift, clothing cart, steamer and hand held scanning equipment
-Performs other duties as assigned by management or leads
-Knowledge and work experience in stocking merchandise, plus familiarity with warehouse and receiving areas
-Must be a Customer Service oriented team player and have the ability to pay close attention to detail
-Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
-General knowledge of company products, retail practices and procedures is an asset
-Requires heavy lifting
-Firearms P.A.L. license may be required for this position; however it is not a requirement to start
-Must be able to work an overnight shift of 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, including weekends
