Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Role

Our client has a permanent role for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering the IT Helpdesk phone line and incoming email requests
Assisting users with requests for information or assistance
Creating support requests in the IT trouble ticket system and assign to the appropriate team in IT
Assist users with following up on status requests of current IT support requests
User account creation, moves, changes in Active Directory
Help maintain the IT knowledge base

Skills and Knowledge:

Information Technology Professional certification from a technical school or University preferred
Written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Basic PC and application support troubleshooting skills
Confident self starter who is able to work with many different people with minimal direction
