CTG Brands Inc. is a major importer and distributor of consumer products with distribution facilities in Vaughan, Ontario and Burnaby, B.C. We design, manufacture, and import a wide range of branded consumer products, home décor and seasonal programs that we distribute to retail chains and independent retailers across Canada and the U.S.
We are recruiting for a Showroom Merchandiser for our western distribution centre in Burnaby, B.C. The key duties of this position include:
- Ensuring that all parts of the showroom are kept in a professional and presentable condition at all times.
- Prompt processing of received samples which are to be effectively displayed in the most visually presentable and sales driving manner.
- Coordinating the setup of in-house and off-site trade shows and special sales events.
- Providing with visiting customers and sales representatives assistances in relation to products.
The applicant must possess a high school diploma and a minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising and visual display. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Photoshop is also required. The position is best fitted to highly motivated applicants who excel in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking is a norm.
