RECEPTIONIST & CUSTOMER SERVICE

We currently have an opening for Reception & Customer Service Clerk in our Western Distribution Centre in Burnaby, B.C. (Brentwood area). The responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling regular reception duties;
- Processing of sales orders, picking slips and invoices;
- Providing customer care over the phone or online media;
- Proven reception and customer service experience;
- Entrepreneurial work ethics;
- Excellent abilities in communication and business writing;
- An orientation for details in processing sales orders and claims;
- The personality to interact with customers cheerfully and attentively;
- Proficiency in Word & Excel;
- Post-secondary education.
