We currently have an opening for Customer Service and Order Clerk at our Head Office in Vaughan, ON (Keele St. & Hwy 407). The responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing of sales orders, picking slips and invoices;
- Liaison with the credit department, sales team and distribution centre;
- Providing customer care over the phone or online media;
- Providing relief to receptionist.
- Proven customer service experience;
- Entrepreneurial work ethics;
- Excellent abilities in problem solving, communication and business writing;
- An orientation for details in processing sales orders and claims;
- The personality to interact with customers cheerfully and attentively;
- Proficiency in Word & Excel;
- Post-secondary education.
