Leading Financial Services client requires a Personal Assistant to join them supporting senior management. You will have experience of supporting management and the experience of delivering or preparing presentations with confidence - A Personal Assistant with a financial services or blue chip background is ideal but not essential.

The Personal Assistant will need to be savvy with MS Office and be confident at getting involved in presentations. They will also need experience of being a Personal Assistant for multiple senior managers in a large organisation. The individual will also be responsible for incoming telephone calls, e-mail and a wide variety of internal and external enquiries, providing a professional point of contact whilst dealing with people of all levels.
The Personal Assistant will manage busy in-box, reviewing and prioritising all incoming emails, taking action, responding or distributing as appropriate. Diary management - manage a demanding diary, planning and prioritising internal and external meetings and visits. Preparing itineraries and arranging travel. Prepare agendas, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
Collate documents and relevant briefing papers to ensure the individual is provided with relevant background to meetings in advance, and receives additional briefings where appropriate. Carry out a broad range of administrative duties including travel, expenses, electronic and paper filing, dealing with IT issues, resolving routine enquiries from internal/external sources among other skills.
