Concord Confections, the manufacturer of Dubble Bubble gum has an immediate opening for a temporary Receptionist with Human Recources administration experience.
This position is responsible for:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming telephone calls.
- Faxing, photocopying, filing and data entry.
- Mail distribution and the coordination of couriers.
HR Administrator Duties
- Provide administrative and project managment support to the HR Manager.
- Maintain the HR calendar and follow-up on timelines.
- Data entry to HRIS.
- Run regular and ad hoc reports as required including those for payroll.
- Communicates with employees on various matters.
- Update personnel files and maintain administrative forms and manuals.
- Organize new hire orientation.
- Coordinating staffing.
The preffered candidate must have strong organizational, computer and communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
