We are growing and looking to hire Inside Sales - Lead Generation Specialists with at least 2-3 years' of B2B telemarketing experience.

Duties & responsibilities include:

Booking qualified appointments for outside sales person to attend and close
Developing & accomplishing a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets
Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes
Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process
Cooperating with sales supervisor & accounts manager to determine strategic approaches for sales
Maintaining & expanding the data of prospects in CRM (Customer Relationship Management system)
