Job Responsibilities include:
Excellent closing skills and above average sales record
Establishing new relationships with potential clients and businesses
Strengthening current business relationships
Conducting client appreciation nights/events
Customer service liaison
Developing and maintaining accurate client information within a CRM program
Managing promotional and advertising campaigns
Managing a sales and promotional budget
Regular quality assurance inspections
Coordinating move in and move outs.
Required experience and skills:
A background in sales and/or with experience within the hotel or apartment rental industry; other relevant sales experience will also be considered.
Sales experience targeting local businesses and government is considered desirable
Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM
A clean driver's abstract and vehicle is required. This position is available immediately
