CLS Catering Services Ltd a subsidiary of LSG Sky Chefs world's largest airline catering company is looking for an Goods Issue specialist to join the Purchasing Team. Reporting to the Materials Supervisor this position is responsible for verifying the quantities of all items issued from the Storeroom and enter the exact quantity of items issued into SAPMM with converted unit of measure.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Entering the exact quantity of items into SAPMM
- Converting the unit of measure prior to products issued to production
- Responsible for all company and customer owned merchandise issued to production
- Ensuring accurate stock levels of all company owned merchandise on SAPMM
- Participate in month end physical inventory processes if needed
- Maintains compliance with standards of CFIA, HACCP, Work Safe and all other regulatory requirements
- Champioin all company initiatives
- Ensure effective communication with department processes in order to implement improvements
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Materials Supervisor & Purchasing Manager as required.
The successful incumbent will require the following skills and job requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent knowledge of SAPMM
- 2 years experience working in a food service environment or food knowledge preferred
- A successful resord of performance which demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Internalization of company intiatives including CFIA, HACCP, Work Safe and GQS
- Ability to lead through teamwork and team building
- Highly organized and very detail oriented
- Strong communication skills, high work standards, conceptual and problem analysis skills
- Excellent computer skills (Medium - Advanced Microsoft Office)
Working hours will be from 16:00 until 24:00 (4pm - Midnight)
Salary range is 30K-34K depending on experience
