Our Oakville area client is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. This company offers a great work environment, independence and excellent benefits.
- Monitor balance on customer accounts
- Invoicing and and issuing freight bills
- Answers customer queries regarding their account and balance.
- Sends proforma invoice to customers upon request.
- Update customer status as required.
- Respond to correspondence via phone, email and fax
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Fully Bilingual in English and French
- Detail oriented, diligent, ability to multitask.
- Strong knowledge of multiple computer software: Word, Excel, Office
- Team player but can also work independently
$15.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
Paid weekly via direct deposit
