Our Oakville area client is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. This company offers a great work environment, independence and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor balance on customer accounts
  • Invoicing and and issuing freight bills
  • Answers customer queries regarding their account and balance.
  • Sends proforma invoice to customers upon request.
  • Update customer status as required.
  • Respond to correspondence via phone, email and fax
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Fully Bilingual in English and French
  • Detail oriented, diligent, ability to multitask.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple computer software: Word, Excel, Office
  • Team player but can also work independently

PERKS:

$15.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
Paid weekly via direct deposit
