The job you are applying for is a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and will report directly to the Director of Business Development and the Vice President of Communications. Some of the key tasks assigned will be answering both English and French telephone calls and emails from students and members as well as other administrative tasks as assigned.
The salary for this full-time position is $43,000 per year. After a three month probationary period, benefits will be offered.
