JOB ID: Sales and Accounts Manager
Sales and Accounts Manager required for the Digital Media company CGmentor Inc. This will be a base salary plus commission position for someone who is self-motivated, highly energetic, results oriented and passionate about meeting with current clients, expending clientele, follow up on leads. The Individual Must have a creative eye to understand digital marketing industry. The CGmentor team is looking to have this resource working out of the Toronto office.
Minimum 3-4 years’.
Experience in bringing new business, handling clients.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with demonstrable experience in consistently delivering high quality results and meeting deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in dealing with all types of management levels within an organization, and also experience in a matrix organizational structure
Ability to blend well within a team, particularly in a virtual mode
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Highly adaptable to different clients and project environments with a flexible degree of ambiguity and changes
Experience in client handling, meetings, estimates, time lines and client accounts.
Has a creative eye on details.
Professional services industry experience preferred
Proven business management and leadership skills
Helping the sales team in marketing materials tasks.
