RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information on fees, charges and annual membership fees. - Provide information about products and services offered. - Complete internal documentation on paper or online to forward to various departments for work on accounts.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Knowledge:
- High School Graduation or equivalent. - General knowledge of windows-based applications. - Ability to counter customer decisions to close their accounts - retention strategy. - Knowledge of credit card procedures and handling.
