Provide training and development leadership to plant to ensure employee abilities are sufficient to meet demands of lean manufacturing. Source, develop, and implement required training. Support culture change to meet the needs of the site.
Demonstrated ability to implement and manage a robust training operating system; ability to interface with internal stakeholders (management and union).
Successful experience leading or managing manufacturing training. Will consider candidates outside of manufacturing.
Bachelors degree in Human Performance Technology or a related field (Education, Psychology, Human Resources, etc)
Environment: Manufacturing Plant/Automotive
*12 month Contract
*Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
