Primary resource provider for IBM staff augmentation needs.
Senior Project Manager - Contractor (Former Employee) – St. Louis, MO – 19 March 2014
The actual position was not disclosed at the interview, I was part of an IBM staff augmentation SOW to ATT. My daily tasks were SharePoint data entry not project management. CDI has very poor communications to their employees. I found out my last day of work through an email that as miss routed.
Senior Lead Designer (Former Employee) – Tucson, Pointe Claire. Hamburg and Toulouse – 12 May 2015
-A typical day was spent Hiring/ firing, Supervising 70 Designers and Engineers at home, 50 in Germany and a couple of dozen in Toulouse, Bombardier and Bell. I scheduled, checked , corrected and approved their work. - Management, for the most part, were excellent and accessible. - My co-workers were hard-working, knowledgeable and answerable for their work. - The hardest part was organization of everything. - The most enjoyable part was the dynamism of the environment. Organizing the effort of such a large group of individuals with varied backgrounds on many projects was exhilarating.
Dynamic environment, individuals, varied backgrounds, many projects, exhilarating.
Extremely gratifying role to be part of the students success
