We are currently looking an HR Officer to join our Fort St John team. Position
HR Officer position includes but is not limited to supporting the HR team with recruitment campaigns, scheduling interviews and meetings, liaising with the ITA and other apprenticeship authorities, aiding with the creation and implementation of HR policy and procedure, research of industry Best Practices and assisting with coordination of HR practices across all offices.
Candidate Profile
Completion of HR schooling
Be an effective communicator
Must have attention to detail
Work efficiently under pressure
Live up to our Core Values
Good organization skills
Proficient with Microsoft Suite products

Other assets include:
CHRP Candidate preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Oil & Gas Experience
Training or experience with HR field
