Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian

Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, Supervise other technical support workers in this group

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Internet, Applications - desktop, Applications - enterprise, File management software, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Mail server software, Electronic mailing software, Electronic scheduling software, Communication software , HTML editing software, Web site creation and management software, Desktop publishing software
