Education: Completion of high school, management experience, good understanding of Condominium Act

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Human Resources Responsibility: 1-3

Budgetary Responsibility: Up to $800,000

Work Setting: Condominium

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Inventory control software, Business management software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct administrative services, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Negotiate goods and service contacts, Establish safety and security procedures, Enforce facility policies, Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, Personable and diplomatic correspondence with stakeholders , Work with Bookkeeper in the preparation of monthly financials, Preparation of discussion materials for monthly Board of Director meeting, Preparation of annual report, Work with Superintendent to handle the smooth operations of the facilities, Fill in Superintendent roll as needed

Ability to Supervise: 5 people or less

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driver's validity license check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Mostly administrative, Handling heavy loads, Physically fit, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license, Public transportation is available, Parking covered by employer
