Our company uniquely provides marketing, educational and sales support to distributors in the North American Beauty and Personal Services Industries with our Brands that have been on the market for over 70 years.

We are presently looking for an enthusiastic, driven and professional salesperson with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets to fulfill the position of FULL TIME Sales and Marketing Associate.

The position reports directly to the Director of the Brand. Dynamic, professional, hungry and experienced sales people, with a passion for these Industries and a drive to win, need only apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales revenues for the individual Brand Division of the Company by constantly communicating with existing customers and building new business though cold calling as well as concentrated sales efforts
  • Working with the Director of the Brand to develop and execute breakthrough and strategic proposals that will position our brands above and beyond our competitors
  • Attendance and sales support at trade shows, conferences or client events
  • Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets, working with an established client list, while prospecting and developing new client relationships

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 Years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Must be professional, outgoing, enthusiastic and a real team player
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Need to be familiar with computers and technology and comfortable using the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Outlook
  • Design Software experience is an additional asset
  • Highly motivated, self-starter driven by incentives and results
  • Must be open to receiving feedback and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results
  • Vehicle essential as travel to clients or trade shows necessary
