Our Community Rehabilitation Worker’s (CRW) are exceptional people who are responsible for providing services to clients with developmental disabilities in a safe and compassionate manner.
Our CRW’s focus on promoting community inclusion and assisting in relationship building while helping clients with leisure and recreational pursuits, assisting clients in their home through support or training (i.e. meal preparation, nutrition and health lifestyle tips, clean up and laundry), employment/volunteer work and personal care.

Qualifications: Post secondary education in Disabilities Studies or Human Services, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, valid driver’s license, access to a dependable vehicle for work related travel, ability to meet all conditions of employment including a recent police security clearance completed within the last 3 months..
