Bookkeeper/Office Manager
(Temporary to long term roles)

We are looking for a responsible person who can look after our bookkeeping and office requirements. Core duties will include the processing of all transactions and maintenance of financial records, reporting, payroll etc., coupled with various office duties which may include HR, office management, procurement, etc.
We are looking for an individual who has:

  • A formal education in accounting, or the equivalent, coupled with 3-5 years of proven experience in the construction, project management, or engineering fields etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as are excellent command of QuickBooks accounting, MS Excel and Word
  • Must possess good judgment, problem solving, and communication skills
