About the Role:
This role is for a busy collision repair store (automotive body shop)
The Collision Repair Advisor (CRA) plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to customers and business partners. This role requires a team oriented person with a great attitude, good computer skills and problem solving ability. The CRA works with all other departments in the facility to ensure the company delivers quality services to its clients.
Performing vehicle appraisals, handling customer requests, selling services, using the company management system, managing vehicle workflow, handling vehicle files and performing vehicle appraisals, working with other departments
This is a Salary plus bonus position.
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Working knowledge of vehicles
Automotive industry experience is a strong asset
Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement environment is a strong asset.
College/University degree or diploma is required (combination of education and experience will also be considered)
