Our Resident Managers provide essential services to their CAPREIT property; they are well-rounded with the ability to conduct general repairs and replacements as necessary to maintain the property in an inviting manner. They display pride in their work, ensuring our buildings are well-maintained, comfortable and attractive for new and existing tenants. Resident Managers may be required to input unit leases and oversee day-to-day building operations.
Candidates for this position should have at least one to two years of experience in a maintenance role and experience with all three repair skill-sets (plumbing, electrical, carpentry). The ideal candidate has a cooperative spirit, is patient while communicating, is able to work well with minimal supervision, and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
