-A well organized, energetic person with strong customer service skills
-Excellent English oral and written communication skills
-Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answering telephone inquiries
-Filling out leases and other documentation
-Forwarding documentation to our head office
-Minor preventative maintenance
-This role requires that you live on site.
-That you are able to work collaboratively with another, already hired, on-site manager.
-Compensation is per person not combined, separate suites.
