Burly Boyz is a rapidly growing company in the Moving and Storage sector. We are looking for an individual to join our administrative team. The position being advertised is: “Office Coordinator”.
Office Coordinator. Pay Rate: $20.00 / hr. Full Benefits after 3 months of employment.
The Office Coordinator will report to senior management and is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support.
Provide administrative support in the following areas:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, estimates and other documents as directed
- Prepare A/R invoices
- Maintain and replenish inventory as required
- Effectively respond to customer’s requests by email and phone and handle all claims
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer phones
- Maintain office files and supplies
- Open and distribute the mail
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Perform other related duties as required
- Bookkeeping procedures is an asset
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, related to financial and employee files
