Burly Boyz is a rapidly growing company in the Moving and Storage sector. We are looking for an individual to join our administrative team. The position being advertised is: “Office Coordinator”.

Job Position:

Office Coordinator. Pay Rate: $20.00 / hr. Full Benefits after 3 months of employment.


The Office Coordinator will report to senior management and is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support.


Provide administrative support in the following areas:

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, estimates and other documents as directed
  • Prepare A/R invoices
  • Maintain and replenish inventory as required
  • Effectively respond to customer’s requests by email and phone and handle all claims
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Maintain office files and supplies
  • Open and distribute the mail
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Perform other related duties as required


  • Administration
  • Bookkeeping procedures is an asset
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, related to financial and employee files
