Control Room Operator (Former Employee) –  Fort Saskatchewan, AB4 March 2016
Bunge is a great place to start an operating career because of its tendency to have the process and equipment break down. This will sharpen an operators troubleshooting skills and composure under pressure. Ultimately, though, the aging facility, inconsistent supervisory demands and a lack of support for workers and worker comradery from management becomes too frustrating to endure.
Pros
great learning facility
Cons
everything else

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER (Former Employee) –  Oakville, ON24 January 2016
Review daily performance, talk to subordinates and colleagues, review plants and schedules, answer and ask questions, often travel to the facilities, provide management by objective. Learned to be practical and specific. Hardest part of the job - sustain improvement. Most enjoyable part - work with motivates people.

Excellent Place to work.
Process Operator (Current Employee) –  Fort Saskatchewan, AB4 October 2015
Bunge is a good place to work with good benefits. Sometimes management and workers clash on idea,s but all in all it is a good place to work.
We take readings, computer control processes, trouble shoot plant problems, and fix what we can.
The most enjoyable part of the job is to figure out problems and get the plant to run better. The hardest part of the job is the long hours 12 hr shifts and the shift work.
Pros
Safety Lunches
Cons
Long hours & shift work
