Great supportive company
Sales Team Leader (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON27 October 2016
Worked for 3 years with Bullfrog Power
As an ambassador you are a canvasser/door knocker - a VERY hard job but if you are able to do this job for a year it is worth 4 years of sales, it builds your character, makes you resilient, and makes you persevere and persist. Qualities you will never learn so quick in the working world.

The hardest part of that particular job is battling with yourself and over coming rejection. Your work hours are 1pm-9pm so your day is broken up and your free time is in the mornings. Mondays are off and are perfect for grocery shopping.

The Bullfrog Culture is absolutely amazing. 10/10 would work for them again if there were opportunities available. They are supportive, funny, kind. They are willing to pay for your education for certifications and such if you are willing to put in some work (i.e. work for another 6 months etc)

They have a ping pong room!

Management was poorly executed unfortunately for the residential sales side. They didn't have the ground experience as the canvassers themselves and needed that to understand how to proceed with increasing sales numbers and motivation.

Because Bullfrog is a small company there are little to no new opportunities to move up.
Pros
Free food in the lunch room (fruits, chocolates, COFFEE/TEA, etc), Supportive community, very nice people, relaxed, ping pong room
Cons
long hours, no room for advancement/opportunities
