The Regional Visual Merchandiser will be responsible to support the store teams in achieving the objectives of the visual and thus maintain the Brand image at a high level. Under the supervision of the Director of the visual presentation, the Regional Visual Merchandiser provides leadership, support and training for store teams. The RVM will work effectively with all levels of managers to successfully achieve corporate objectives and create an exciting visual environment across all stores. The Regional Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing the guidelines and standards for visual presentation so that all the boutiques respect the Buffalo David Bitton Image at all times.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Perform visual projects with great attention to detail and coordination.
Participate in a multitasking, to achieve the department’s projects.
Work with the District Manager by maintaining constant communication.
Conduct a systematic tour throughout the store with the manager to recognize and solve problems visually.
Analyze and highlight with the store managers the opportunities for merchandising changes to ensure a maximum rotation of styles and maximize sales.
Understand the environment of each store to determine the visual impact needed to influence sales and create presentations related to its specific market.
Demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency when it comes to have a sales floor ready for business.
Follow all corporate guidelines and standards established by the Visual Dept.
Ensure in conjunction with the DM that the windows respect the expectations at all times and are in line with the Buffalo David Bitton Brand.
Ensure the execution of all instructions including the visual presentation, MKT displays and installation of equipment when there are promotional events and sale period.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge for the Management team and the District Managers on all aspects regarding visual presentation.
Communicate the corporate vision to store teams.
Establish a weekly time management to meet objectives and achieve the priority tasks.
Keep the store environment clean and safe at all times.
Communicate breaking visual material to maintain the Image Buffalo David Bitton.
Follow all company policies and procedures.

o Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in visual presentation.
o Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written.

o Computer skills (Microsoft office).
o Flexible to work with a schedule based on operational requirements (including ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays).
o Available to travel from store to store in Edmonton and Calgary
o Work schedule: 40 hours a week
o Home store can be based in Edmonton or Calgary
o This is a maternity replacement for a duration of 1 year minimum
