We are a boutique investment management firm looking for a professional, motivated, detail oriented individual with the ability to multi-task, take initiative & work independently. This role is best suited to an individual with at least 2 years experience in office administration & in the Securities/Investment Management industry. The successful candidate will require intermediate to advanced computer skills (mainly Microsoft Office) & the ability to learn industry specific programs. There will be a wide range of duties including back office trading, portfolio & office administration, as well as various general office duties. A candidate with bookkeeping & Quickbooks experience would be an asset.
