This prominent company, with Brolly, is seeking a lawyer with 7+ years of post-call legal experience. The successful candidate will have familiarity in one, or more, of the following areas of law:
- General corporate and commercial matters, including business purchase and sale/M&A;
- Construction law matters, including contract review and drafting;
- Financings and development;
- Tendering advice;
- Contract negotiation; and
- Governance matters.
In general, we are seeking a senior lawyer with corporate and commercial, construction law and negotiation experience. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to matters, while also being important to the larger team, while enjoying strong support from the group as a whole. Your decisions will directly impact the business units of the company, and as such, great interpersonal skills are important. Experience managing employees is an asset, as is being able to relay legal issues in an easy to understand way (while taking into account business inputs and needs).
