Domain is highly specialized, requires you to be a fast learner, responsible and hard-working. Not fully developed in software and often lacks proper project management and software design. Salary is average but bonuses and premiums are good. Company culture is one that demands hard-work and over-time often during project peak that does not necessarily get rewarded. Employees are mostly friendly and helpful. Excellent spring board for starting a career and teaches you plenty useful tools and skills.

Great company to work for with many interesting projects on the go. Good quality projects being created that you can feel proud of being part of.
The salary was fairly average on a per year basis, but overtime was basically seen as mandatory and you could get shipped off to being 'on site' in various cities/countries at a moments notice. On site would be for ~10 days at a time where you'd be working 12h++ days with no extra compensation for this work (other than a meal/hotel stipend).
A great place to start a career, but very easy to get burnt out from over time and travel.

Travelling is part of this company's culture. You can expect to travel to many destinations in US or Canada because you are essentially building up IT and software infrastructure at diverse client sites. This company has a travel team that will help you out in planning your trips.
You can be expected to work on IT tasks, training and/or programming depending on the knowledge you possess. The projects usually have an IT component where you need to setup servers and end user terminals. You will usually be sent to shop floor type environments where you have to wear security gear (boots, hard hat, high visibility vest).
You can be expected to be asked to do something that you've never done before and learn it quickly.
