Brock’s Office, Winnipeg’s newest office supply company, is looking for a dynamic individual for the position of: Inside Sales / Administrative Assistant. Position is permanent full time Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Essential Qualifications
Strong telephone sales & communications skills
Strong listening skills to identify opportunities and to solve customer problems
Sales experience – minimum 1 year
Minimum grade 12 education
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Time management and scheduling ability
Self motivated and organized
Friendly, Energetic, Honest and Reliable
Bilingual (French/English) an asset but not required

Duties
Customer service by telephone and email
Outbound calling to solicit new customers
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and customer retention
Order entry, invoicing, quoting, data entry and analysis
Other duties as required

Compensation
Competitive salary dependent on experience and ability
Bonus structure based on sales growth and gross profit
